"Vagamundos: The Theater Festival in Pátzcuaro" is a collaborative effort by local performing artists with the support of the Department of Culture of the Pátzcuaro City Council and the Antiguo Colegio Jesuita Cultural Center, aimed at increasing the visibility, dissemination, and strengthening of theater production in the region.

Since 2023, we have brought the magic of theater to over 2,000 people through 28 free performances across 14 venues in the region, including remote communities and islands on Lake Pátzcuaro.

We are driven by the belief that theater and the arts can positively transform our reality, while also creating safe and inclusive spaces for people of all backgrounds and ages to come together.
